This achievement received appreciation by awarding the John Cutter Award in the category “International Student with the Best Academic Achievement” at Hokkaido University. Hopefully his track record can be a motivation for lecturers and students of FPIK Undip in the future.
Victory FPIK ! Ima Wijayanti, lecturer at the Department of Fisheries Product Technology FPIK won the “Best Dissertation” award at the Agro-Industry Faculty at Prince Songkla University, Thailand 2023 with the dissertation title “Bio-calcium from Asian sea Bass (Lates Calcarifer) Backbone: Characteristics and Its Food Fertification”. Hopefully his track record can be a motivation for FPIK Undip lecturers and students in the future.
UNDIP FPIK. Friday, May 5 2023, Halal Bihalal was held in the framework of Eid al-Fitr 1444 H which carried the theme “Returning to Fitri, Becoming an Empowered, Dignified and Inspiring Person for the Nation” which was attended by the Dean of FPIK, Deputy Dean of FPIK, Education Personnel and Lecturer. The halal bihalal event contains Tausiyah “Making the affairs of others easier” and prayers by Ustadz Dr. Fakhrudin Aziz LC, MA. Apart from Halal Bihalal, the 58th Kartini Day Commemoration was also held.
The series of events commemorating Kartini Day began with singing our mother Kartini’s song to commemorate the spirit of Mother Kartini, then the screening of a creative video competition with the theme “Kartini” which can be seen on the Official FPIK UNDIP youtube channel, then at the closing event there was an inspirational talk show “Spirit of Kartini Increasing the Role of Women in Work, Serving the Country, and Dignity for the Family” with speakers Ir. Sakina Rosellasari, M.Sc., M.Sc., head of the Manpower and Transmigration Agency. The enthusiasm of the audience was evident from the results of the creative video competition and the unified female employees wearing kebaya to enliven the event.

SNBP is a National Selection Based on Achievement, in SNBP prospective students are focused on achievements in report cards and in the academic or non-academic fields and only students are declared eligible who are entitled to register for SNBP 2023. The verification activity of determining UKT candidates for the 2023/2024 SNBP FPIK Undip was held on April 10, 2023 There were 195 freshmen from 6 study programs whose UKT had to be determined by a verification team consisting of Vice Dean 2, TU manager, Resources Spv, UKT operator and Bem. Based on data from the Ministry of Education and Culture (source: https://sidata-ptn-snpmb.bppp.kemdikbud.go.id/ptn_sn.php?ptn=355) of the 6 study programs at FPIK Undip, the Oceanography study program has the most specialization, namely 286 enthusiasts with a capacity of 39.

The event carried the theme “Increasing Vaname Shrimp Productivity Through a Water Management Engineering Strategy”. Welcome remarks by the Director of the Directorate of Science and Techno Park, Prof. Dr. I Nyoman Widiasa, S.T., M.T. The opening remarks by the Head of Central Java Bapped. Previously MSTP was part of FPIK Undip but in 2017 its management was taken over by the Undip Rectorate.
New spirit with new fish quarantine laboratory. On Monday, March 20 2023, an inauguration ceremony was held for the opening of the fish quarantine laboratory at the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Diponegoro University. The inauguration ceremony for the Laboratory was openly inaugurated at the laboratory location with BKIPM and the Dean of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Diponegoro University. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Prof. Tri As dean, staff, students of the Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Diponegoro University, also attended by BKIPM namely Dr. Ir. Pamuji Lestari, M.Sc as head of BKIMP and BKIMP staff. The laboratory inauguration activity began with a ribbon-cutting event in front of the laboratory entrance which was carried out by Dr. Ir. Pamuji Lestari, M.Sc and Prof. Tri, after cutting the ribbon, continued with activities to walk around the laboratory and a brief explanation of the laboratory. To conclude the event, a group photo was taken with the dean and head of BKIPM and students in front of the laboratory as documentation. It is hoped that the inauguration of the fish quarantine laboratory can support the process of learning, research and community service in realizing Undip’s mission, which is to produce superior and competitive graduates.
FPIK. Monday, March 20, 2023 the UNDIP FPIK Cooperation Agreement was implemented with the Fish Quarantine Agency, Quality Control and Fishery Product Safety (BKIPM). The signing of the collaboration was carried out by Prof. Tri and Mr. Sokhib as Head of BKIPM Semarang and attended by all BKIPM staff. The aim of this collaboration is the Development of Science in the Field of Fish Quarantine, Quality and Safety of Fishery Products.
The scope of the cooperation includes:
Increasing the capacity of marine and fisheries human resources in supporting independent learning – independent campus
Development of research in the field of fish diseases, quality and safety of fishery products
Exchange of data and information Dissemination and awareness (public awareness) together in the field of fish quarantine, quality and safety of fishery products.
Public Lecture “The Role of BKIPM in the Implementation of Fish Health Management Systems, and the Quality and Safety of Fishery Products for the Welfare of the Indonesian People”

In the context of BKIPM Goes to Campus, Undip FPIK held a Public Lecture with the theme “The Role of BKIPM in the Implementation of Fish Health Management Systems, and the Quality and Safety of Fishery Products for the Welfare of the Indonesian People” with Dr. Ir. Pamuji Lestari, M.Sc as the Head of BKIPM – KKP at the Undip FPIK Auditorium on March 20 2023. This public lecture was held offline and also online via Zoom and Youtube live broadcasts. Through this public lecture, students are expected to be able to gain knowledge about Fish Health Management, as well as Quality and Safety of Fishery Products directly from BKIPM experts/practitioners.

FPIK. Tuesday, 14 February 2023 FPIK received another visit from SMAN 1, Setu Regency, Bekasi, West Java. The teaching staff under the leadership of Kusnedi, S.Pd. Mpd. as Deputy Head of Public Relations of SMAN 1 Kabupaten Setu Bekasi, assisted the students to gather information about FPIK Undip and foster motivation and interest in students to continue on to tertiary level. Vitos opportunity was used by Prof. Tri and his staff to promote FPIK to the community with the hope of increasing high school students’ interest in majoring at FPIK at the opening of new student registration in the upcoming Odd Semester 2023/2024.
